- To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all designer tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Custom-stitched or personalized outfits, clearance items, and final sale merchandise are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Reasons for Returns and Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange if you receive a product that is incorrect (different from what you ordered) or physically damaged/defective upon arrival.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size is out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a full refund.
3. Return and Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at poshaakstudio.official@gmail.com within the 14-day window with your order number, clear photos of the item, and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective due to an error on our part.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via your original checkout gateway (such as Payoneer Checkout) within a certain number of business days.
